The terminal is located at 1 Spence Street, Cairns, right next to the Shangri‑La Hotel and The Pier Shopping Centre, making it easy to find and within walking distance of most CBD accommodation.
Some reef tours board directly at the vessel without requiring check‑in at a desk. You’ll be advised of your exact check‑in and boarding instructions at the time of booking.
